I started my training 3 months ago at a very low point in my life. I’ve never wanted to work out. I did many years ago but I’m very lazy. I was at a point where I needed to change. I needed to lose some weight and I needed to start to feel good about myself. I called Amanda (she took my call even from her vacation) and we discussed my goals/needs. Then the plan of attack started!
I train twice a week and every session is different. She challenges me and she encourages me. Every workout plan is tailored to me. She’s made me start to feel more confident about myself. We even have a laugh at every session. I am down 10 lbs and starting to notice my clothes getting looser. I can honestly say, and I never thought I’d say this, I am really enjoying the gym. It’s a physical workout but it’s a good mental workout too.
