Before beginning any coaching service, all new clients start with a Custom Consultation. This 30-minute session allows Amanda to take a deeper look at your goals, lifestyle, and current habits so she can design the most effective fitness and nutrition plan for you. It’s the first step in creating a personalized, sustainable approach that fits your life.

Your Workouts — Delivered Daily in the App

You’ll have full access to my coaching app, where you’ll find your daily workouts ready to go. Each workout includes: 

  • A proper warm-up to prevent injury and improve performance 
  • A 30–45 minute strength training program built around your goals and fitness level
  • Cardio or active recovery days strategically placed to support fat loss and recovery 

Whether you’re working out from home or in a gym, everything is clearly outlined with video demos and progress tracking.

Daily Habits That Make a Difference

Your program goes beyond workouts — because real change happens in your daily habits. Here’s what we focus on: 

  • 9–11K steps per day to increase NEAT and overall activity 
  • Hydration goals — water, water, and more water 
  • Daily fiber intake to support gut and hormone health 
  • Macro tracking so you learn how to properly fuel your body without restriction

You’ll build consistency in the habits that truly move the needle for fat loss, energy, and hormone balance.

Weekly Check-Ins with Your Coach (That’s Me!)

Each week, you’ll check in with me via email, Zoom, whatever your preference. We’ll review your progress, talk through wins, challenges, and adjust your plan as needed. 

You’ll always have feedback, accountability, and support — no more “am I even doing this right?” guesswork.

You’ll get your workouts, habit goals, and macro plan delivered through the TrueCoach app, along with weekly check-ins to review progress and adjust your plan. You’ll have full support between sessions to keep you consistent and confident.

What equipment do I need for online workouts?

You can train effectively at home or in the gym. I’ll design your workouts based on what you have access to—whether that’s a full gym setup, dumbbells, or just bodyweight and resistance bands. The goal is to make fitness work for your real life, not the other way around.

How personalized is the program?

Completely. Your plan is built around your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. You’ll receive a custom macro plan, structured workouts, and weekly feedback so we can make adjustments as your progress continues. Nothing is copy-and-paste; every detail is tailored for you.

What kind of results can I expect—and how long does it take?

Most clients begin noticing strength and energy improvements within a few weeks, with visible changes following as consistency builds. Sustainable transformation takes time, which is why the program includes a three-month minimum—this gives your body and habits time to adapt and thrive.
