Before beginning any coaching service, all new clients start with a Custom Consultation. This 30-minute session allows Amanda to take a deeper look at your goals, lifestyle, and current habits so she can design the most effective fitness and nutrition plan for you. It’s the first step in creating a personalized, sustainable approach that fits your life.

Every option includes your Custom Consultation to get started on the right track.

In-Person Small Group Classes

Our small group sessions are limited to 1–4 participants for a personalized coaching experience. Each 60-minute session begins with a dynamic 10-minute warm-up, followed by a review of the day’s workout plan and movement coaching.

You’ll then move through a 45-minute circuit-style workout—everyone completes the same session, but exercises are easily tailored to each person’s ability, fitness level, and goals.

A certified coach is on the floor at all times to ensure proper form, safety, and motivation throughout your workout.

$100 — 4 Sessions / 1 Month

$175 — 8 Sessions / 1 Month

Nutrition Coaching

If you’ve tried restrictive diets that never stick, it’s time for a different approach. My nutrition coaching teaches you how to build healthy habits for life — no deprivation, no extremes, just real results.

I coach flexible macro tracking so you can enjoy food while reaching your goals. Think of your macros like your daily “bank account” — you get to choose how to spend them. Together, we’ll focus on simple, sustainable habits: eating more whole foods, hitting your protein targets, and finding balance that fits your lifestyle.

Every Power Play Fit coaching package includes a 30-minute Custom Macro & Fitness Consultation. It gives us time to talk through your goals, habits, and current routine so I can design a plan that truly fits your lifestyle and sets you up for long-term success.

How do small-group training sessions work?

Small-group sessions include 1–4 participants and run for 60 minutes. Each workout includes a warm-up, guided instruction, and a full-body circuit designed to build strength, confidence, and consistency. You’ll train in a motivating group environment but still get personal attention and form coaching throughout every session.

When are small-group classes held?

Because each group is unique, schedules are finalized after sign-up. I take into account participants’ goals and availability to build a structure that works best for everyone. You’ll get all the details in your welcome email once your group is confirmed.
