About Me

I became a personal trainer to help men and women of all ages discover a genuine love for health and fitness. I believe movement has the power to enhance every part of life — physically, mentally, and emotionally — and that it can fit seamlessly into your unique lifestyle. My approach is personal and intentional. Every program I create is tailored to the individual — your goals, your schedule, and your needs. Nothing here is cookie cutter or mass-produced.

My passion for health and fitness has been a lifelong journey, but it became deeply meaningful in 2015 when I was diagnosed with a rare form of eye cancer, ocular melanoma. The diagnosis was unexpected and life-changing. After treatment, I made a promise to myself to take my health seriously — not just for me, but for my family. I wanted to be there to see my children grow up, graduate, and live their adult lives — and I still have so much more I want to do and experience.

That turning point led me to dive headfirst into fitness. I began working with a personal trainer, attending CrossFit classes, and eventually earned my Level 1 CrossFit certification. In 2020, when the world shifted, I adapted — training from home with minimal equipment and discovering the power of online coaching. The guidance and accountability I received during that uncertain time were invaluable, and it inspired me to become that same kind of support for others. This led me to obtain my Certified Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching Certification in 2025.

Today, I’m proud to help people build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits — both in person and online. Whether your goal is to feel stronger, move better, or simply live a healthier life, I’m here to help you make it happen.

I truly believe anyone can start their fitness journey at any time—there’s no magic moment or perfect setup. Whether you love the gym, prefer working out at home, or have just a few pieces of equipment, I’ll create a plan that fits your life. I stay connected with my clients through regular check-ins to keep them accountable and supported. My goal is to help you feel strong, capable, and confident in your own body.
