b) Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe (see Section 4). We do not store full credit card numbers on our website/server.

c) Automatically collected information (standard web logs and basic analytics if enabled):

IP address and approximate location
Device, browser, and operating system
Pages viewed, referring/exit pages, and on-site actions

2) How We Use Information

To provide services (consultations, coaching, and related programs)
To process payments and send receipts/confirmations

We use Stripe to securely process payments. When you submit a payment form, Stripe collects and processes your payment details on our behalf. 5) Forms (Gravity Forms)

Our website uses Gravity Forms to collect and securely store the information you submit. We retain submissions as needed for records, communication, service delivery, and legal purposes. If you’d like us to delete a submission that is not required to be kept for legal reasons, contact us at amanda@powerplayfitcbus.com.

6) Email Marketing (Mailchimp)

If you opt in, we may send newsletters, tips, and updates via Mailchimp. Mailchimp processes subscriber data on our behalf and provides unsubscribe links in every message. You can opt out at any time. For details on their practices, see Mailchimp’s privacy documentation.

7) Cookies & Tracking

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and (if enabled) to measure usage via analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

Essential cookies: Required for core features (e.g., forms and security).
Analytics (optional): If enabled (e.g., Google Analytics), we use aggregated data to understand site performance. We do not use analytics to identify you personally.

8) Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate business records. Stripe and Mailchimp may retain certain data according to their own retention policies.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited data with service providers who help us run the website and deliver services (e.g., hosting, payments, email marketing). These providers are permitted to process data only to perform services for us.
