Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Power Play Fit, we’re committed to helping you achieve real, lasting results through fitness and nutrition coaching. Because our services involve personal time, preparation, and limited scheduling slots, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policies to ensure fairness and clarity for both clients and trainers.

1) Consultations

  • Consultation fees may be refunded if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to attend will be considered a no-show and are non-refundable.

2) Coaching Packages & Programs

  • Once a coaching package or program has started, all sales are considered final.
  • We understand life happens. At our discretion, we may offer partial credits or rescheduling in cases of medical issues, injury, or verified emergency.
  • Session packages expire six (6) months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
  • Unused sessions after the expiration date are forfeited and non-refundable.

3) Digital Products & Downloads

All sales of digital products (e.g., workout plans, nutrition guides, e-books, or online programs) are non-refundable once materials have been delivered or accessed.

4) Memberships & Recurring Billing

  • Membership or subscription billing renews automatically on the schedule described at checkout.
  • To cancel future renewals, email amanda@powerplayfitcbus.com at least 30 business days before your next billing date.
  • Cancelling a membership stops future charges but does not retroactively refund prior payments.

5) Rescheduling Policy

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Missed or late-cancelled sessions will be charged in full and cannot be refunded or credited unless prior arrangements have been approved.

6) How to Request a Refund or Change

Include your full name, purchase date, and reason for the request. We’ll respond within 3 business days.

7) Chargebacks

We value clear communication and are happy to resolve any billing issue directly. Initiating a credit-card chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of account access and additional administrative fees.

8) Policy Updates

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy periodically to reflect changes in our business or services. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
